1, Wood peeling or log debarker machine
Wood barker is a new generation wood peeling equipment with high efficiency which was innovated by our factory on the basis of foreign advanced technology. It had single and double roller type according to different wood with different diameter. This machine adopts open groove peeling room, the wood come into the peeling room from one side and come out from the other size. So it is continuous working. It conquer the defect of rolling drum and improve capacity greatly. It is suitable for big diameter wood and large scale factory.
2, Wood crusher machine
Wood crusher application for crushing and grinding various wood, branches and branch, wood chip, bark, bamboo and skin, etc.
Feature of wood crusher: Low cost, lower energy consumption, high efficiency, high return.
Suitable crushing size: 10mm-350mm
Capacity: 30kg/h to 3000kg/h
If the materials log is bigger than 5*5mm(, smaller than 200mm, there is necessary to crush the material into less than 5mm for further processing.
3, Wood chipper machine
Characteristics: The wood chipper machine is mainly used for pre-grinding before pulverizing, pelletizing and briquetting during the process of the whole production line when building a powder making line, pellet plant and briquette plant. It is a kind of special equipment for producing wood chips.
Main materials applicable such as: Chips of lumbers, trunks, branches, stalks and wood bricks, leaves, barks, feedstuff and chemical raw material and so on.
4, Wood shaving machine
Wood shaving machine can be make the logs, tree branch edge processed wood into wood shavings. The shaving is the same as that produced from the furniture factory, the automatic feeding equipment, greatly improved the speed of production, and also saves time and manpower. The wood shaving thickness can be adjustable.
Applicable for: Particle board, paper producing., wood pulp paper making, also can be used as biomass fuel, warm material in feed industry.
5, Wood grinder machine
The Machine mainly dealing with grinding about soft mineral, brittle material, ductile materials, fiber material solid material and clots easily crushed material of about 3 hardness. One-off grounding different fineness of a variety of power, granular, fibrous, yield 100%, no remaining residue. Open water content of raw materials, not equipped with any drying equipment. Applies to: Hardwood powder, bamboo powder, cork powder, PVC plastic, tooth materials, dyes, leather, mica, peanut shell, shell, pesticides, charcoal, rigid foam, small tire lines.
According to different fineness, equipment design different types of products, between the fineness of up to 10-1000 mesh.
