Feeding system,Grinding system and Separating system
Working principle:
1.Use two cone shape grinding heads, and adjust the gap of the outer head and inner head to milling the grain to flour constantly,the brush and screen will separate the bran from the flour.
2.Large working principle: consists of feeding, conical grinding and separation system, the grinding machine of inside and outside of the bottom of grinding head with angled cone, the top of the grinding head by two centripetal ball bearings as the main supporting points, internal and external cylindrical as auxiliary supporting points for the rotation from the lower pole of the grinding head, and by axial movement of the grinding head inside the clearance between the internal and external grinding head. The ground grain falls directly from the gap between the grinding head to the bottom through the frame, and the flour is separated from the bran (seed coat) by an adjustable gap brush and the bottom.
