Operational approach:

(1) Preparation before start-up: Corn peeling is generally carried out by wet peeling. The moisture content of corn into the machine is required to reach 16-17%, and the water running time is about 10 minutes. It is only wet the lower skin. It is strictly forbidden to have water on the surface of the corn. Otherwise, it is better to have a boring phenomenon.
(2) Operation and shutdown: After the machine is running normally, open the feed insert and control the material flow of the feed according to the power load. If an abnormal sound is found during operation, stop the inspection immediately. When the car is boring, the feed insert should be closed, and the motor wheel should be slowly rotated by hand to remove the corn in the cabin and turn it on again.
