This Carbonization furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes,coconut shell,or wood
pieces to have anoxic distillation carbonization,then you will get smokeless charcoal.Due
to its rational structure, the furnace only needs low energy consumption. Energy comes 
from firewood or gas heating.

Carbonizing Process of continuous carbonization furnace:

1.First the biomass material is ignited in the gasifier.
2. The flue gas produced by burning after the spraying, cooling, and purification process, produces the pure combustible gas (carbon monoxide, methane, ethane, etc.).
3. As the early stage of the carbonization of heat source, through early warming of the carbonized, to feed the material when the heat reaches the special temperature.
4. The combustible gas that carbonation process of flue gas by spraying, cooling, purification process into burned secondary. According to this method of circulation, sufficient to achieve a self-sufficient, then achieve the effect of energy-saving.
5. The flue gas through purification, to reach the environment production and flue gas emissions-free. Which is reached to the standards of waste gas emptying.
6. The temperature of carbonization reaches 600 ºC to 900 ºC in the process. According to the characteristics of the material, the temperature can be adjusted according to the requirements(bamboo charcoal making machine).
