What is the material to use for the biomass pellet machine?
Biomass fuel is made from solid waste such as corn stalks, wheat straw, straw, peanut hulls, corn cobs, cotton stalks, soybean stalks, chaff, weeds, branches, leaves, sawdust, and bark. Pressurized, densified, and formed into a small rod-shaped solid particulate fuel. The pellet fuel is produced by pressing a raw material such as wood chips and straws by a press roll and a ring die under normal temperature conditions. The density of raw materials is generally about 110-130kg/m3, and the density of particles after molding is more than 1100kg/m3. It is very convenient to transport and store, and its combustion performance is greatly improved.
What is the process?
The process flow is raw material collection → raw material pulverization → raw material drying → granulation molding → bagging sales. According to the harvest period of the crops, the raw materials should be stored in large quantities in time, followed by pulverization and molding. When molding, be careful not to pack the bag immediately. The principle of heat rise and contraction is to be cooled for 40 minutes, and then bagged for transportation.
