How to use flour extruder?
1. After the machine equipment is finished, check whether it is loose, and then work on empty machine for 1-2 minutes. After confirming that there is no fault, you can add materials.
2. First remove the head ring, remove and add 3-5 kg of prepared powder into the hopper for repeated kneading, usually for 3-5 minutes, until the temperature reaches 6-70 degrees (the powder will become soft and discolored When it becomes semi-cooked), you can install (automatic steamed stuffed bun machine) mold slices, and master the feeding speed. It can be slower when it is raw, and faster when it is overcooked. Feed evenly after normal. The products produced can be cut according to the length of the packaging requirements.
