Product Description

This chicken feet production line is a comprehensive solution for processing chicken feet efficiently. It consists of several key machines working in tandem.

 First, conveyors are used to lift materials, ensuring smooth transfer between processes. The blanching machine removes impurities from chicken feet, making subsequent peeling easier, with a capacity of 1000kg/h. Then comes the chicken feet peeling machine, which specializes in peeling chicken feet, powered by 5.5kw.

 

After peeling, a picking line is employed to pick chicken feet and manually remove any unpeeled ones. Next, the cooling washing machine makes the chicken feet meat firmer, with a customizable length. Finally, the chicken feet cutting machine cuts chicken feet, boasting a capacity of 1000kg/h and a power of 60kw.
