Application:
This peanut butter grinder is mainly used to crush material into paste, jam in food, medicine, chemical area.
Working principle:
The liquid or semi liquid under the centrifugal work to cut, touch, move through the high speed wheel, and it has efficiency to crash, dairy, homogenization, separate, mix, then you can have the currency material.
The high speed move between the wheels is the main insurance to get the tiny material. Improve the wheel's speed could reach the high efficiency, so the Colloid Mold wheel's speed of our factory at 1000 m/minute. Because high speed move could produce lots of hot, and each equipment produce currency should very high, also need cooling, so the Colloid Mold for our factory has one or two cooling step.

It is widely used in food industry, medicine industry, chemical industry, daily industry etc such as soy, fruit sauce, peanut sauce, milk sauce, dyestuff, flower powder, etc.

Spice, pepper, ginger and so on, like peanut, you need peeling the sheller first and then use this machine.

Working principle of peanut butter colloid mill machine
a). Under high speed relative movement of different shapes stator and rotor, the butter
machine can crush and grind the materials.
b). Then in the machine, the materials, adapting the space between stator and rotor,
will receive the powerful shear force, frictional force, impact force, high frequency
vibration etc; then the materials will be effciently crushed, dispersed, emulsified and
mixed to a perfect situation.
c). It is a different geometry of the rotor in high-speed rotation of the relative motion,
breaking through the shearing, grinding, and high-frequency vibration.
This peanut butter colloid mill machine has three areas, one area for coarse grinding, the other area for fine grinding, and another one for the ultrafine grinding. Through adjusting the gap between the rotor, it can effectively achieve the required standard (the gap also can be re-processed).
