This serious of wood pellet machine are mainly used for making the wood pellets applies for raw material like wood waste or agricultural waste, such as corn/wheat/rice straw, coffee/peanut shell, etc. The pellets are used as fuels in electricity-generating and water -heating in power plant industry, boiler factories, etc.
They adopt the imperative feeding device, reinforced conveyed parts, dedicated ring die, compression roller and hoop.
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel/ animal feed.The objects are used for
burning purposes and feed the animals. Wood Pellet is one of the most commonly used pelletizing materials.
Wood Pellet can be made from any type of Agro-Forestry waste
The machine adopts speed adjust feeder to control the feeding capacity, and use big diameter modulator to
make materials fully cured, and make the pellet smoother. The formation rate reaches 98% .The moisture of
raw material is 15%-18%. The final size of the product is between 4-8mm. The capacity is between 0.2-2t/h.

1. The raw material for this machine can be the food grain like corn, wheat(do not need crush) and the crushed waste from agriculture for example, corn straw, groundnut shell, grass, wheat bran, sawdust, and animal manure and so on.
2. They can be pressed into fertilizer, fuel feedstuffs for many kinds of animals. The diameter of the pellet can be 2-12 mm.
3. When processing, the lower temperature can maintain the nutrition of the products. And through general extrusion, it can kill micro-organisms, parasites to prevent disease and to store it easily.
