Introduction:
1. Wood shaving machine (also named wood chipper/cutting machine) is an ideal machine, which for preparing with producing wood shavings.
2. It can make the logs, tree branch, edge processed wood into wood shavings with less investment low energy consumption, high efficient, yield good economic returns.
3. The finished shaving is the same as that produced from the furniture factory. They are mainly used as the bed of the horse, chicken or other animal by farm or horse club, poultry/animal's farms.
4. Also be used as raw materials, which for produce edible mushrooms, shaving board, sawdust board and dense board.
Applicable for: Particle board, paper producing, wood pulp paper making, also can be used as biomass fuel, warm material in feed industry
Working principle:
The log or tree branches enter to the machine from the feeder, then after the cutting by the inner cutters, so we can get the shavings. The shaving is uniform in size, thickness. The shaving can be used as the raw materials of shaving board, and the material of wood pulp paper in paper industry, the packing bed in transportation for fragile goods, as well as the soft sleeping bed for pig, cattle, sheep and other animals. It is also used as the biomass energy.
