Bamboo Incense Stick Bamboo Stick Making Machine
Introduction:
The production is 0.4 million pieces bamboo sticks per 8 hours, it can produce about dry bamboo sticks 100-250kg. It need 3-5 workers. Its voltage is 380V, it can consume 10kwh per hour. If add one set bamboo stick sharpen machine, the production can reach 0.8 million pieces bamboo sticks per 8 hours. Generally, 100kg fresh bamboo can produce diameter 2.5-3.0mm, length 150-300mm bamboo sticks 20-40 thousand pieces bamboo sticks, about dry bamboo sticks 20-35kg.
The machine is used for two heads pointed bamboo toothpicks. (we also have single head pointed toothpick & one head with flower one head pointed etc )
The normal size of the toothpicks is diameter 2.0mm the length 65mm( diameter & length can be made according customer ,pls tell us the size in advance)
