The technological process of the above products:
1) Original bamboo -- taking material sawing -- splitting bamboo strips -- making knotted pieces of fixed width into filament --bleaching -- drying -- cutting -- polishing -- picking up the broken pieces -- sharpening -- picking up the broken pieces --
packing -- storage (factory).

 

2) Normally, for every 100 kg of fresh (wet) bamboo, round chopsticks of Φ4.5Φ5.0 with a length of 190mm can be produced about 38004500 pair
