pencil→polish the pencil→package the pencil with plastic film→fix the eraser on pencil.

This machine is to cut the newspapers into pieces for further processing.
One pencil need one paper size:18.3CM*54CM,one newpaper generally could make 3 pcs.
Put papers under the cutter blade, press the handle, paper will be cutted into your needed size.
Max thickness of paper: 50mm
