Product Description

Colloid mill also called peanut grinder,it is machine for fine processing of fluid materials. Peanut grinder integrates various properties of machines such as homogenizer, ball mill, three-roller, shearing machine, mixer, etc., and has excellent superfine grinding, dispersing and emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing and other functions. After the material is processed, the particle size is 2-50 microns, and the homogeneity is more than 90%. Peanut grinder is an ideal equipment for ultra-fine particle processing.
Working Principle of Peanut Butter Machine

The peanut butter machine works by using a colloid mill to grind the peanuts into a smooth paste. The colloid mill consists of two metal discs, one of which rotates at high speed while the other is stationary. The peanuts are fed into the mill from the top, and as they are ground, the friction between the two discs creates heat, which helps to release the oils in the peanuts.
