Wood chipping shaving Sawdust Air Flow Pipe Dryer
1.The raw material:rice husk,sawdust ,shavings, particle such as branches,wood chips which after crushing(The diameter ≤3mm,length≤5mm)
2.Working Capacity:When the airflow is 180°C,put the sawdust or rice husk which has the humidity 35% ,then dry to 10%.The temperature of airflow can not be lower then 180°C,and can reach to 300°C.
3.The fuel of this machine can be firewood,coal,gas heating or electric.
4.The finished product can be used for wood sawdust briquette,wood pellet.
Working principle:
One side of this machine is to get fire, the other side is a fan, the sawdust is running through the machine in order to drying.This small sawdust dryer refers to putting powder like wet wood sawdsut into the ring pipe under the airflow continuous force. When ignite the burning furnace, hot air enters pipe unter the force of blower. And wood sawdust exposed to dry and high temperature hot air. In this way, wet wood sawdust is dried into dry sawdust powder.
It can dry the materials mainly using the hot wind produced by the hot-blast stove, the machine is applied to the material in dispersed state which contains high moisture humidity, such as the saw dust, grain or straw.
If the moisture is very high and the output demand is very big, we can use the two drier together, the material can lose a lot of moisture through the first outlet of the first dryer.
