Description of the Biomass pellet Briquette Machine (WSBP):
1, Material: Materials can be used: Wheat straw, Groundnut shell, sugarcane bagasse, caster shells/stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower seed sheller, cotton stalks, tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks/straws, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips and many other agro wastes.
2, Water percent for the matertial should be less than 10%-25%. The less the water percent, the better the final product.
3, Size of the material should be within 30-50mm.

Application:
This machine can make feedstuff pellets and briquette from all kinds of straw, hulls, sawdust, leaves and other wood materials.
It is adopted advanced automatic control electric heating installation, adjust the material humidity stochastically, guaranteed the material formation stability, thus raises the working efficiency.
The finished product's density is 0.9 -1.1 g/cm3. Shape can be square: 5*5mm, 7*7mm, 10*10, 12*12mm, 15*15mm, 20*20mm, 25*25mm and Roll column which's diameter 8mm to 33mm.
