Main Features:
This kind of machine is composed of motor, reduction box, rack, press roller, blade, and pinch roller and so on. The copper and aluminum of the radiator are separated by the cut of the blade. After separated, the copper pipe is stay the same, and the aluminum is irregular pieces.
Working Principle:
After starting motor, the vee belt drives the compression roller, pinch roller, and blade to rotate through the reduction box. The raw material is compacted and sent to the fly-cutter blade by pinch roller. Then, the radiator is cut up by the fly-cutter blade, the copper pipe is separated, and the aluminum scattered network is cut up.
It is easily for operate, high quality and high performance. It is use for separating the outside aluminum foil and the inside copper pipe of wasted air conditioning radiator. Each set of this kind of machine just can separate two different specification radiators. Because the interval width of the copper pipe are different in the radiator, so we need you can offer us the width of the copper pipe of the radiator. In China, the width of the radiator copper pipe is 21MM, 25MM, and 19MM. Besides, the thickness is one layer and two layer. If the thickness is 3 to 4 layer, then the Band Saw Machine is necessary.
