I. Machine Features: 
-Machine framework: Machine framework is welded to form an integral structure, divided into two sections. It is completely sealed off from dust, front section is installed with transparent organic glass showing the movements of the parts inside during normal operation; The cover is controlled by a safety switch; 

-Main function: Meter accuracy error of 0.1%; Length automatically reduce speed and stop; Wire break detection and automatic brake; Any capstan can be positive and negative points about joint action; All kinds of fault information and processing information display; All kinds of actions information monitoring. And to support any with molding process, die-box wear and tear automatically compensate by tuning, not easy to broken wires; And setting up wire jumping mechanism which can cut the wire drawing on capstan to adapt to different processes. If required, this machine can be connect with implement industrial Ethernet for remote control and remote diagnostics. 

-Security and environmental protection: This machine lines are adopted fully enclosed protection system, At the front side a pull string is installed for emergency stopping the unit; Installed with insufficient air pressure protection device, can stop the machine without breaking the wire (stopping time ≤ 15 Sec), and we can design a dust-remove pipeline system according to user needs to reduce dust pollution
